Winston Tolliver is a Photographer based in Brookyln, NY. Born in Washington D.C., Winston moved to New York to attend Pratt Institute where he received his BFA. Originally interested in Painting, Winston graduated with a BFA in Fashion Design, but since has focued his creative endeavors through the medium of Photography.
